Refund/Return Policy: 

 Please remember to try on your new shoes in a carpeted area until you are certain you love them and will be keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked, unworn and in their original, undamaged shoe box (along with provided dust bag) If shoes are returned without their original box, in a damaged box or with marked soles, they may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

 We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is an item return with original packaging and without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. 

 If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.  Refunds for damaged goods are also contingent upon inspection of item(s) to ensure the original unworn and unused condition. 

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender if they cannot be identified.

Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
